Product Engineer Intern

• Assist in developing and maintaining full-stack web applications.

• Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Develop backend APIs and services using Node.js and Express.js.

• Work with databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

• Explore and integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude into applications.

• Contribute to AI-powered features, automation workflows, and intelligent applications.

• Write clean, readable, maintainable code and follow development best practices.

• Debug issues, test features, and help improve application performance.

• Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and implement solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings.

• Learn and apply new technologies to solve real-world problems.

Programming Fundamentals

• Good understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript.

• Basic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.

• Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, and client–server architecture.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Frontend Development

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Basic understanding of React.js.

• Familiarity with responsive web design and frontend development concepts.

Backend Development

• Basic understanding of Node.js and Express.js.

• Knowledge of REST API development.

• Understanding of CRUD operations, authentication, and backend fundamentals.

Database

• Basic knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

• Understanding of database operations, queries, and data modeling.

AI & LLM Fundamentals

• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs).

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Interest in prompt engineering and integrating AI APIs into applications.

• Willingness to learn AI frameworks, AI agents, and automation workflows.

Development Tools

• Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.

• Familiarity with VS Code or similar development environments.

• Basic understanding of debugging, testing, and deployment.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience building personal, academic, or internship projects using the MERN stack.

• Basic knowledge of Python.

• Exposure to OpenAI API, Gemini API, or other LLM integrations.

• Familiarity with Next.js and TypeScript.

• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.

• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, or AI agent frameworks.

• Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or cloud deployment.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.

• An active GitHub profile with personal or academic projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or currently pursuing a relevant degree.
