AI Software Developer

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered software applications and features.

• Build and maintain scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js, TypeScript, and related technologies.

• Develop responsive and interactive frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.

• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs into production applications.

• Develop AI-driven solutions for conversational AI, intelligent automation, document processing, information extraction, and workflow optimization.

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and relevant retrieval techniques.

• Develop and optimize prompts, AI workflows, and model interactions to improve accuracy, reliability, and response quality.

• Integrate third-party APIs, external services, and cloud-based AI solutions.

• Design, maintain, and optimize databases, data models, and application architecture.

• Implement authentication, authorization, API security, and appropriate data access controls.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to convert product requirements into technical solutions.

• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Debug application issues, optimize performance, and ensure the reliability of deployed AI features.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, and architectural decisions.

• Take ownership of features throughout the development lifecycle, from development and testing to deployment and monitoring.

AI & LLM Development

• Practical experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or similar models.

• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, context management, and AI-powered application development.

• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.

• Experience building AI-driven workflows, conversational interfaces, or intelligent automation features.

• Basic knowledge of Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.

• Ability to evaluate AI outputs, troubleshoot integration issues, and improve application reliability.

Backend Development

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Hands-on experience with Express.js or similar backend frameworks.

• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Understanding of asynchronous programming, authentication, authorization, JWT, and role-based access control.

• Knowledge of API security, error handling, logging, and performance optimization.

Frontend Development

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.

• Experience building responsive, interactive, and user-friendly web applications.

• Understanding of state management, frontend performance, and API integration.

Database Management

• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL is an advantage.

• Understanding of database schema design, indexing, aggregation, and query optimization.

• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, or FAISS is preferred.

• Cloud, DevOps & Development Tools

• Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Familiarity with Docker, Linux environments, and application deployment.

• Understanding of application monitoring, logging, debugging, and production support.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.

• Familiarity with AI agents, function calling, tool integrations, and multi-step AI workflows.

• Experience building and deploying AI-powered SaaS or enterprise applications.

• Knowledge of model evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and AI response optimization.

• Familiarity with Redis, WebSockets, message queues, or event-driven architectures.

• Experience with healthcare technology, patient engagement platforms, CRM, ERP, or workflow automation systems.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.

• Proven experience building and deploying software applications.

• Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, or AI-powered features into applications.

• Strong programming, problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Understanding of software development best practices, testing, and deployment.

• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced product development environment.
