A New Chapter for Prodoc AI

We’re excited to share an important milestone in the Prodoc AI journey.

Prodoc AI has raised seed funding led by the Dr A. Velumani Family Office, with participation from Dr Kunal Shet and Parth D. Bhasin, who are also existing users of the Prodoc platform.

For us, this funding is more than a milestone. It gives us the opportunity to move faster towards a problem we have focused on from the beginning: making the patient journey more connected.

A patient may interact with a hospital through a call centre, WhatsApp, OPD, diagnostics, treatment, discharge, and follow-up care. But these interactions often sit across different systems and teams.

We are building Prodoc AI to bring that journey together.

Building the AI Layer for Hospitals

Hospitals already have technology.

The bigger challenge is getting these systems, teams, and patient touchpoints to work together intelligently.

Prodoc AI is building a Patient Journey OS for hospitals, designed to work alongside existing hospital systems and bring intelligence across the patient journey.

Today, Prodoc supports workflows across patient acquisition, CRM, partner and referral management, OPD intelligence, care coordination, Voice AI, and other critical hospital operations.

The next step is to make this intelligence even more actionable.

With deeper Agentic AI capabilities, we want technology to go beyond simply showing hospitals what happened.

It should help teams understand what needs attention, what needs to happen next, and where action can make a difference.

What This Funding Helps Us Build Next

The funding will help us accelerate the next phase of Prodoc AI.

We will invest further in Agentic AI and AI agents, expand integrations across hospital technology systems, and build more intelligence into patient and operational workflows.

The vision is simple.

Connect the patient journey. Understand the context. Help hospitals take the right action at the right time.

Today, Prodoc AI works with 100+ hospitals, manages more than one million patient engagements every month, and supports 50+ software integrations.

This gives us a strong foundation, but we believe we are still at the beginning of what AI can enable for hospitals.
